We hope that you love your purchase today, however, if for some reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of purchase (excluding final sale items and those listed as exceptions) with receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping cost if applicable) that will be credited back to the credit card or form of payment used in your initial transaction. You can return it with 30 days of purchase (excluding final sale items) with receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping cost if applicable) in the form of store credit. Items bought as part of a bundle or BOGO discount cannot be partially returned. Beginning November 15th, we will extend the 30 days to January 15th 2019 to exchange or receive store credit in returns for those items purchased as gifts.
Because we want to ensure that all customers are purchasing items in NEW condition, returned items MUST BE: Un-worn, unwashed, un-altered, in the same condition it was shipped/purchased in, with absolutely no signs it has been worn, and with original tags still attached EXACTLY the way they were attached at the time of purchase.
Items that have any pet hair or smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, detergent, or show signs of deodorant or any other sign that it was worn will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All items that are seasonally themed must be returned within 14 days and before the holiday they are themed in.
Final Sale Items All clearance items are final sale.
Returning a Gift Item:
If the item you are returning was a gift and you have a receipt or a gift receipt, we can issue store credit for the return.
Return in Store:
Returns in the store are free. Just bring the item(s) you wish to return to our store at 5001 Sgt. Road Suite 320, Sioux City, IA during our store hours for a full refund to the credit card used in the transaction within 14 days or store credit within 30 days(Please see above for any exceptions.)
Return By Mail
All packages from online orders contain a packing slip that includes our mailing address. All returned shipping costs are the responsibility of person returning item(s). We recommend that you use a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our store. To ensure a quick turnaround, please e-mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your return is on its way. We will process the order as soon as possible, (Within 7 business days) and send you an e-mail as soon as it is completed. (Please see above for any exceptions.)
Due to our high volume of sales both in store and online, we are unable to hold items in store and guarantee that they won’t sell online before you are able to pick up the item(s). We can, however, take payment over the phone, send an invoice (item will not be pulled from the sales floor until the invoice is paid), or you are welcome to buy online and select from our various options, including: “In Store Pick Up” or “Standard USPS Shipping” or “Priority USPS Shipping”.
